Site rules
We have rules regarding the way in which members
conduct themselves while logged-in to their account. Their purpose
is to ensure that members who search the site
for other members and contact
those members are courteous and respectful in their dealings. 2easy4
would like to remind all members that some members will be 'newbies' (i.e.
only recently having online access, or only recently becoming interested
in trying to set-up online). Any complaint against a member for
derisive or other 'negative' behaviour, will be treated in all
seriousness. 2easy4 realises that we all have to start somewhere,
and members with more knowledge than other members should not treat those
same members in any derogatory manner. You, therefore, agree that
we may, at our discretion and without liability to you, remove from
2easy4's membership any
member who is in breach of these rules. The rules may change from
time to time and you are advised to refer to them regularly.
The Rules are:
- No emailing other members deriding them, or any
comment, they may have posted.
- No spoofing, i.e. putting another email address
when sending another member a message. 2easy4 has software which
will flag this to our administrator and action will be taken
accordingly.
- No emailing other members, advertisements
or incentives to join an affiliate program run by the
person emailing the other member, or a prgram which the emailing member
is a part of and would benefit from the emailed member joining under
him/her. The 'advertisements' include, but are not limited to:
affiliate schemes, pyramid selling schemes, MLM
(Multi-level Marketing), or any other so called 'business
opportunity'.
- URLs or email links (live or text only) are not permitted in the
body of emails sent to another member.
- Email links are permitted from the 'send an email' link and
URL linking is permitted on
a member's own personal profile.
Responses to URL's on a Member's Profile
The Member agrees to
deal fairly and professionally with other member's
who may respond to a URL placed on that Member's
Profile page. However, any URL's placed on a Member's Profile page
should not result in any action that will bring 2easy4.com into
disrepute. Members will indemnify
2easy4 from and against any claim brought by an
individual against 2easy4.com arising from your
breach of this obligation or any other of these terms and conditions.
We do not guarantee any response to your URL placed
on your Profile page or that responses will be from
members suitable for the
content of the URL. It is your responsibility to carry out such
checks and procedures as are necessary to satisfy
yourself that other members are suitable for the
content of your URL.
Equipment
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the appropriate
equipment and are connected to the appropriate services to enable you to
connect to 2easy4.com.
Content and links
If your URL on your Profile page links to
another site, you are responsible for the links
and for the content of your linked site. We may
remove from 2easy4.com any
URL which contains content or links to a site which, in our
opinion, is defamatory, illegal or objectionable or will bring
2easy4.com into disrepute. You will indemnify us
from and against any claims or liability arising from content or links
contained in your URL.
